摘    要:高职专科认可跨专业修读相沟通自考本科学习成果有利于学校全方位推进复合型人才培养工作,有利于帮助学生更好地成才和推动学校学风建设,有利于增强学生的就业竞争力和提高就业质量。高职专科认可跨专业修读相沟通自考本科学习成果既符合国家教育方针政策,也符合国际职业技术教育的发展趋势。对此,高职高专院校办学者和管理者要高度重视高职高专院校学生跨专业修读相沟通自考本科的现象,采取提高认识、转变观念,出台政策、统筹兼顾,个案研究、确定学分等措施,促进学生自主学习,拓宽复合型人才培养渠道。

Abstract:The policy that students of higher vocational education can get undergraduate credit through the inter-disciplinary interactive self-taught examination has a lot of benefits. It helps to educate inter-disciplinary talents, promotes the construction of learning style, strengthens students' job-hunting competitiveness so as to improve the employment quality, meets the requirements of national education policy, and conforms to the trend of international occupation technology education. Therefore, it is necessary for the people who are in charge of higher vocational education to pay attention to these phenomena, to promote students self-taught ability, and to widen the way for training inter-disciplinary talents by improving and changing their current concepts, implementing policy which gives overall consideration, and researching on the individual cases to confirm the credit, etc.
