基于油膜模型的摩托车发动机瞬态空燃比控制方法与实现

摘    要:针对瞬态工况下空燃比的非线性偏离,在对油膜模型传递函数进行分析的基础上,运用模型匹配的原理,得出了汽油机油膜补偿器,并进一步对油膜补偿器进行了延伸,提出了一种根据发动机温度和节气门一阶滤波器递推公式的瞬态工况空燃比修正公式.将该方法应用于一台125摩托车发动机喷油控制.结果表明,通过对瞬态工况空燃比的修正,使整车的排放量和油耗进一步降低,同时也使发动机运行更平稳.

Abstract:Introduces an engine fuel-film compensator realized through the analysis of fuel-film model transfer function meeting the nonlinear characteristics of air-fuel ratio in transient condition. A transient air-fuel ratio correction formula is proposed based on the engine temperature and the first-order throttle filter recursion. The method is used to control the fuel injection of a model 125 motorcycle. When correction of the transient air-fuel ratio control is adopted, it can be seen from the test data that the emission and fuel consumption of the engine are reduced and that the engine's running is smooth.
