摘    要:提出近场光存储光学头飞行问题的综合仿真方案,采用控制体积法求解表面形貌复杂的空气轴承气浮力分布,采用准牛顿迭代法求解光学头稳定飞行姿态;并以此为基础,分析空气轴承表面形貌参数对光学头稳定飞行姿态的影响规律,对其进行优化设计;所设计的光学头飞高为73.87nm,且飞行姿态稳定,满足近场光存储信号读写的要求.

Abstract:An integrated numerical scheme was proposed for the simulation of optical flying head (OFH) dynamics in near-field optical recording (NFOR) system. The control volume method was employed to obtain the pressure distribution of the air bearing slider (ABS) with complicated surface and the Quasi-Newton iteration method was utilized to search the stable flying attitude of optical flying head. Furthermore, the effects of the main parameters of ABS on the stable flying attitude were investigated by the numerical scheme and the optimization of slider surface profile is implemented. The results demonstrate that the OFH can achieve stable flying height (73.87nm) and flying attitude, which meets the requirement of NFOR system.
