| 摘 要： | 蛋白质是生物体的主要组成成分，其结构和性质决定着生物体的性状和功能。蛋白质酶谱和结构的研究，对于深入了解生物的进化和分类关系具有重要的意义。就蛋白质进化系统学的概念、研究范围及其在爬行动物进化系统学中的应用作了简要综述。

| Abstract: | Proteid is one of the chief composition of organism,its structure and character decides the properties and function of organism.Studying the structure and zymogram of proteid is important to realize the organism evolution and classification.This paper summarizes concepts, studying scopes and application of evolutional systematics of proteid in reptiles. |
