釜式反应器实训装置的开发与应用

针对高职院校化工类毕业生存在不能较快上岗的问题,积极开展教育教学改革,探索有效的高职化工类人才培养模式。以省级精品课程化工过程及设备为载体,通过校企合作方式开发了釜式反应器工程化实训装置,运用理实一体化、工作过程系统化、工学结合的教学理念开展教学活动,使得教学效果良好。

Development and application of the tank reactor experimental device

With the problem that the graduates majoring in the chemical industry of the higher voca- tional colleges can＇ t adapt themselves to the jobs rapidly, our college conducts the educational and teaching reform actively, exploring the effective mode to train a large number of students of extraordina- ry ability in the chemical industry. This thesis mainly focuses on the development of advanced teaching activities based on the teaching theories ＂ integration of theory and practice＂, ＂ systematization of working process＂ and ＂ work-based learning＂. We develope the tank reactor experimental engineer- ing device by the means of school-enterprise cooperation based on the provincial excellent curriculum named ＂ chemical process and equipment＂, achieving the good teaching efficient.
