管肋式空间辐射器强化传热分析与优化设计

摘    要:建立了微重力环境下管肋式空间辐射器传热过程的数学模型。求解了处于导热和辐射相耦合的复杂边界条件下的管内热载体的对流换热、管肋式空间辐射器的传热热阻、有太阳垂直照射和无太阳照射情况下单位长度辐射器的散热量及单位质量的散热量随肋片宽度的变化等。分析了管肋式空间辐射器的强化传热措施及其必要性,并以单位质量的散热量为优化目标,对管肋式空间辐射器的结构尺寸进行了优化分析,提出了强化传热的方法。

Abstract:A model on the heat transfer of a fin tube radiator aircraft under micro gravity is established. The Nusselt's number of the convective fluid in tube with complicated boundary conditions coupled by heat conduction and radiation is solved and the heat transfer resistance of the radiator, the heat discharge per unit length with or without the direct sun irradiation and the fin width dependence of the heat discharge per unit mass are obtained. The heat transfer enhancement of the fintube radiator is discussed and the necessity is pointed out. The heat discharge per unit mass is chosen as the optimum object and the fin tube size is optimized, thus a heat enhancement approach is postulated.
