振动条件下齿轮副的运动特征

摘    要:根据齿轮系统的振动运动,建立了在振动条件下齿轮副实际中心线方程和理论啮合线方程,分析论证了实际中心线和理论啮合线的运动及实际啮合线的形态.结果表明,由于系统振动的原因,齿轮副的实际中心线和理论啮合线是以平面运动方式变化的,实际啮合线(即啮合点的轨迹)是一条曲线.同时,系统振动还使啮合齿对提前或迟后进入啮合、提前或迟后退出啮合.

Abstract:By analyzing the vibration movement of the gear system, the actual center-line equation and that of the theoretic meshing line were derived in their vibration condition,and their movements and the modality of the actual meshing line was analytically verified.It was pointed out that the actual center-line and theoretic meshing line of the paired gears varied in the form of planar motion due to the system vibration,and the actual meshing line was curvilinear.At the same time,the system vibration also made the paired gears enter into meshing in advance or and seceding of a couple of laggingly.
