甲基叔丁基醚膨胀床反应器的动态模拟

对合成甲基叔丁基醚的膨胀床反应器进行了动态模拟研究。根据物料、热量守恒方程和反应动力学方程建立了膨胀床反应器的动态简化模型；选择了适当的数值计算方法，并对偏微分方程模型中的空间变量进行离散化处理，加快求解速度，满足了动态模拟的要求。开发了动态模拟程序模块，并根据此模块模拟计算了原料进料比对异丁烯转化率的影响以及反应器轴向温度随时间的分布规律。模拟结果表明，本模型可以对反应器轴向温度变化规律进行模拟，并能预测不同甲醇/异丁烯物质的量比条件下异丁烯的转化率。模型计算结果与生产实际情况比较一致，模型的动态过程能很好的反映实际生产变化趋势。

Dynamic simulation of an expanded bed reactor for MTBE synthesis
