安徽蓼属植物叶表皮特征的研究

本文对安徽蓼属３５种３变种植物的叶下表皮利用光学显微镜及扫描电镜进行了观察。该属气孔器类型比较多样，以平列型为主，不等细胞型、短平列型、非典型不等细胞型也有，无规则型极少。气孔外拱盖在本属多为单层，极少双层；保卫细胞极区“Ｔ”型角质加厚少数明显，多数不具有或不明显，或减退成棒状。各类性状以及不同性状状态的组合，显示出多样性，对属的演化地位，属下组的划分及其演化关系的研究均有一定的分类学价值。

A Study on Foliar Epidermis of Genus Polyonum in Anhui

In the present paper, the characters on the abaxial foliar epidermis of 35 species and 3 varieties of Polygonum in Anhui were observed by light and scanning electron microscopes, their taxonomical significance was also studied. It makes clear that the characters of foliar epidermis,especially the types of stomatal apparatus and outer stomatal ledge, possess taxonomically an important value, together with others,in the study on evolutionary status of the genus, the divion of sections and their evolutionary relationships within the genus.
