青霉素发酵过程特点与控制对策

摘    要:通过过程参数相关,模型化和在线辩识对青霉素发酵过程特点进行了研究,认为采用自适应控制可降低对模型精度的要求,是一个较为有效的控制方法。但对至今以人工经验为主的大多数发酵过程操作,模糊专家系统也是一种有效的控制方式。

Abstract:The characteristics of the penicillin fermentation process was investigated. Studies on parameter correlation, modeling and on-line identification showed that the selfadaptive controller is particularly applicable to penicillin fermentation system with its inherent low overshoot properties and ease of tuning. In the present work, the estimation of biomass by self-adaptive control led the actual biomass successfully to a specified trajectory.As no mathematic models can be applied to fermentation process, the expert fuzzy control(EFC) could help. In the present work, the expert fuzzy control system for the penicillin fermentation process was established to control the feed rate of the industriel fermentation process. The system can recognize different fermentation phases and select related control strategies. The fuzzy relations of pH and feed rate were found. The results of computer simulation showed that the control schemes developed are effective and feasible.
