PS_bN-PZN-PZT四元系高介电常数压电陶瓷材料研究

摘    要:本文从生产实用化的角度出发,对PSbN-PZN-PZT四元系压电陶瓷材料组成与性能的关系进行了研究。通过Nb2O5、Sb2O3等氧化物适当地掺杂改性以及用Sr、Ba等元素对部分Pb的置换,常温极化即可获得3ε3/0ε=5200、d33=820 pC/N、Kp=0.78的高性能和高致密度的压电陶瓷材料,是目前用于制作小体积大容量的各类高档压电电声器件的良好材料。

Abstract:In light of the practicability of production,PSbN-PZN-PZT quaternary system piezoelectric ceramics was chosen as the subject and a series researches were made on the relationship between compositions and properties.With the method of "Ba and Sr replacing the position of part of Pb" and "Doping modification with materials such as Nb2O5 and Sb2O3" and in the condition of polarization at room temperature,high performance(ε33/ε0=5200、d33=820 pC/N、Kp=0.78) piezoelectric ceramics with compact density was obtained,which was a good piezoelectric material used to make small volume,big capacity and top-grade piezoelectric acoustic device currently.
