变步长灰色预测模糊控制研究与应用

摘    要:提出了一种变步长灰色预测模糊控制算法,该算法根据新陈代谢原理,建立等维新息预测模型,将预测概念扩展为前向和后向预测,并与模糊控制相结合,对电液比例压力控制系统的顶推压力进行控制.该算法不需要被控对象模型结构的先验信息,基于少数据、贫信息,具有在线自适应以及计算量小的特点,满足实时控制的要求.通过对变步长灰色预测模糊控制与PID控制和纯模糊控制进行仿真和试验比较表明,变步长灰色预测模糊控制在不增加超调的情况下减小了响应时间,改善了控制效果.

Abstract:A grey prediction model using equal-dimensional new information is formulated based on metabolic principle.The forecast concept is extended to future and past forecast.By integrating grey prediction with fuzzy controll,a switching grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm is proposed to control pressure for electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control system.The algorithm does not need transcendental information for the model structure of the object controlled.Based on few data and poor information, with the characteristics of on-line self adaptation and small calculation,it satisfies real time control requirements.By means of comparing the simulations and experiments among switching grey prediction fuzzy control,PID control and simple fuzzy control,the results show that switching grey prediction fuzzy control reduces response time without increasing overshoot,and it improves control effect as well.
