铁路货车轮轴超声波探伤新旧标准对比分析

摘    要:通过对铁路货车轮轴新旧探伤标准中超声波探伤部分的分析,特别是对超声波探伤仪的灵敏度确定方法、状态检查、性能指标、超声波探头的角度、频率等方面进行了类比阐述,说明新标准的优越性,并指出了使用新标准的注意事项。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the ultrasonic flaw detection part in the new and old flaw detection standards for railway freight wheel axles, especially for ultrasonic flaw detector sensitivity method, the state examination, performance index, angle and frequency of the ultrasonic probe and so on has carried on the comparison, , the advantages of the new standards are illustrated, and the matters needing attention in using the new standards are pointed out.
