太空电离辐射时长对金莲花基因多态性的影响

摘    要:本文借助随机扩增多态性DNA分子生物学方法,研究了太空电离辐射时长对金莲花受辐射剂量及基因多态性的影响。结果表明,太空搭载金莲花的受辐射剂量随电离辐射时间的增加而增大,不同电离辐射时间条件下的金莲花基因多态性存在明显差异。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of space ionizing radiation duration on the radiation doses and gene polymorphism of Trollius was investigated by RAPD molecular biology method. The results show that the radiation doses of spaceship-carried Trollius rise with increasing ionizing radiation time, and significant difference exists in gene polymorphism of Trollius with different ionizing radiation time.
