锦纶化学镀镍织物新型前处理工艺的研究

摘    要:探索新型的锦纶化学镀镍织物前处理工艺并利用正交实验寻求最佳壳聚糖整理工艺.运用等离子体处理技术、壳聚糖与钯配位的作用,采用配位自组装原理,在锦纶织物表面形成均匀致密的钯金属活化膜,从而取代传统的化学镀前处理工艺.实验得出壳聚糖整理的最佳工艺:整理液浓度10g/L,温度60℃,交联剂浓度10mL/L;最佳的等离子体处理参数:压强30Pa,功率200W,时间3min.新型前处理工艺减化了织物化学镀的前处理工序,尤其是有效地减少了贵金属钯的用量,使其用量从0.18g/L减至0.04g/L,减少量近78%,节约了生产成本.

Abstract:The new pretreatment process for plating of nylon fabric is studied. Through the plasma tech- nology and the coordination role of chitosan and palladium, uniform dense of Pd membrane is formed on the nylon fabric surface. It replaces the traditional pre-treatment process. The optimum chitosan finish- ing process is obtained by a large number of experiments: the concentration of CS finishing agent is 10g/ L, temperature is 60℃ and crosslinker concentration is 10mL/L. The optimum plasma treatment is ob- tained by orthogonal experiment: the pressure is 30Pa, the power is 200W, the time is 3min. New treat- ment process reduces the processes of traditional pretreatment, in particular reduces the amount of pre- cious metal. The amount of palladium from 0.18g/L reduced to 0.04g/L, nearly 78% reduction, signifi- cant savings in production costs.
