摘    要:采用Al 3+增敏诺氟沙星的荧光强度,建立荧光分析法测定肉类食品中诺氟沙星的残留.优化了分析实验体系的最佳pH值、Al 3+质量浓度和反应时间,利用荧光法测定,诺氟沙星的线性方程为F=15.89+36.50C,线性范围在0.5~250ng.mL-1之间,方法检出限为0.032ng.mL-1,回收率在81.00%~99.31%之间.该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于肉类食品中诺氟沙星含量的测定.

Abstract:A spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of norfloxacin residue in meat product was described,based on Al3+ can strengthen the relative fluorescence intensity of norfloxacin evidently.Under the optimum conditions of pH,Al3+ concentration and reaction time,norfloxacin was detected by fluorescence spectrometry.The linear equation for norfloxacin was F=15.89+36.50C,the linear range of the determination was 0.5 ng·mL-1 to 250 ng·mL-1,the detection limit was 0.032 ng·mL-1,and the recoveries were in the range of 81.00%~99.31%.This method is easy,swift,sensitive and accuracy.It can be applied to the determination of norfloxacin in meat product directly.
