| 摘 要： | 18、19世纪,日本的一些有识之士针对日本面临的国际国内危机提出了使日本富国强兵的理论思想——海外开发论。海外开发论主张日本利用经济、军事手段进行对外侵略扩张以建立世界帝国。这一理论后来被明治政府继承并实施,在推动日本成为强国的同时,却给亚洲人民带来了巨大的灾难。

| Abstract: | In 18th and century,some Japanese of insight aimed at the international and domestic crisises that Japan faced to put forward to the oversea exploitation theory.The theory claimed Japan to invade and extend by economic,martile means in order to build the world empire.This theory was succeeded and put in practice by Mingzhi Government subsequently,it brought huge disaster for the Asian people at the same time of pushing Japan to become the powerful country. |
