摘    要:对轴流脱粒的小型悬挂谷物联合收割机风筛式清选装置的流场分布进行试验研究,并采用高速摄影显示其清选过度,在此基础上,分析了该装置的清选机理及物料运动规律.通过对比试验和旋转回归试验,阐明了其结构和运动参数及物料状态对各项清选指标的影响规律,获得了较优参数组合.

Abstract:In this peper, the air-and-screen cleaning mechanism of the small grain combine with axial-flow threshing is studied. On the flow-field distribution and the cleaning process showed by highspeed photograph, the principle of the cleaning mechanism and the motion process of the materials are analysedin detail.Based on the comparative test and the turning regressive test, the influences of its structure and motion parameters and material condition on its performance indexes are expoundedm, and the optimum values combination is obtained.
