| 摘 要： | 战略性贸易政策理论的产生既是适用国际贸易环境变化现实的需要,也代表了国际贸易理论的新发展.其理论意义在于为各国政府对经济的积极干预提供了理论依据.由于理论模型的条件假设与现实环境的距离,使战略性贸易政策的实际功效受到相当程度的制约.

| Abstract: | The theory of the strategic trade policy, which represents the new development of the international trade theory, is formulated to go with the changes of the international trade circumstances. Its importance lies in providing the theoretical basis for the goverments positive intervention in the economy. Its efficacy is greatly restricted due to the difference between the theoretical hypotheses and the actual conditions. |
