实验猴弯曲菌感染情况调查研究

调查了1 722只健康实验猴,检出弯曲菌阳性率为56.91%,调查结果显示,食蟹猴和恒河猴弯曲菌阳性率没有显著差异;实验猴弯曲菌的感染与年龄有关,未成年猴弯曲菌阳性率极显著地高于成年猴;实验猴弯曲菌阳性率在干燥饲养环境极显著地低于潮湿环境.同时对部分菌株,用K-B法进行了药敏试验,用APICampy System进行了分类鉴定.

Studies on the infection of campylobacter in laboratory monkeys

The positive rate of Campylobacter is 56.91% in 1?722 health laboratory monkeys.The results of investigation show:there is no remarkable difference between the cynomolgus monkeys and the rhesus monkeys in Campylobacter positive rate.The interrelationship existed between age and campylobacter infection;the positive rate in nonage monkeys is obviously higher than that in adult monkeys.The Campylobacter positive rate in the monkey raising in damp environment is remarkably higher than in dry environment.Meanwhile,some strains from the monkeys were made susceptibility testing by the Kirby-Bauer,and were identified by the Biomeriux methods of API Campy System.
