旋流场内液滴破碎与临界入口雷诺数的确定

摘    要:
通过对液滴所受剪切应力的分析,发现临界入口雷诺数与旋流器的结构尺寸D、Di及物性参数(包括液滴的表面张力、介质的粘度和密度)等有关.推导出液滴破碎的临界入口雷诺数的计算公式,为液液旋流器在工程实践中的高效操作提供了理论依据.

Abstract:
By the analysis of shear stresses exerting on droplets in hydrocyclones, it has been found that the critical inlet Reynolds number is affected by hydrocyclone design including the reference diameter and inlet size, and feed characteristics including surface tension of droplet, viscosity and density of medium. The critical inlet Reynolds number has been deduced. The formula can be used as a guide for the operation of liquid-liquid hydrocyclones in industrial applications.
