论全面理解高校图书馆的人本主义管理理念

摘    要:图书馆的人本主义管理理念既对读者又对馆员,既包含着对人的尊重,也包含着服务环境的改善。真正做到以人为本,既要强调对图书馆读者加强人性化服务,也要重视采用人本管理的方法来激发馆员的工作热情,提高工作质量。人性化管理与制度化管理应相辅相成,尽量满足读者和员工的需求,这样才能落实科学发展观,真正做到以人为本。

Abstract:The principle of the people-based management of university library,which is for the readers and also for the librarians,includes the respect for the people and the improvement of the service environment.In order to realize the people-based conception,should lay stress on strengthening library's humanized service for the readers and pay attention to motivating the working enthusiasm of the librarians and improving the working quality by adopting the people-based management.The people-based management and the system-based management should be supplementary to each other,satisfy the requirements of the readers and librarians as much as possible,carrying out the scientific development view and realizing the people-based management really.
