海口市高中学生体育健身意识与行为调查分析

为了进一步了解海口市高中学生体育健身意识与相关行为现状,本文通过查阅文献资料和问卷调查等方法,对海口市三所学校的高中学生进行了调查,并根据调查结果进一步提出合理化建议,为促进学校体育教育的顺利实施和课外体育活动的更好开展提供参考与借鉴。

Fitness awareness and active participation in acts of physical training is a reflection of our consciousness. The right of fitness awareness and behaviour from the deep understanding of the significance of fitness and exercise play a positive role in promoting. With the improvement of living standards, the growth of secondary school students have improved significantly, especially high school students more prominent. High school students learn life is very tense and therefore enhance the awareness of physical training, to develop a good physical training for high school students after the act of learning and life is essential. Through this inspection through literature and survey methods, the Haikou City high school students to investigate, according to survey results further rationalization proposals, the promotion of school sports and the smooth implementation of education provide a useful reference.
