| Abstract: | The relationship between management and transformation of the marine science and techmelogy achievements were reserached. A type of trans-profession and trans-department management system should be set up for promoting the extensive application of the achievements in multiple directions and accelerating the implement pace of "the construct the ocean by science and technology" plan. |
