基于自适应滤波的压电智能挠性悬臂板振动控制研究

摘    要:针对航天器上悬臂外伸的薄板挠性结构附件,如太阳帆板与天线等,在存在建模参数不确定及外部扰动条件下所引起的振动问题,采用压电智陶瓷片作为敏感器执行器根据优化配置准则粘贴布置在挠性悬臂板上,组成压电智能挠性悬臂板控制及测量系统,进行了主动振动控制研究。基于分布式压电敏感器和驱动器的悬臂板包括弯曲和扭转柱动模态的压电控制方程,在控制算法上采用基于自适应滤波的前馈控制策略,即滤波-xLMS算法,并进行了抑制扰动及振动控制计算机数字仿真研究,结果表明,采用的控制律对于振动快速控制是可行的。

Abstract:Because some flexible appendages of spacecraft are cantilever plate structures,such as sun plate and antenna,piezoelectric patches as sensors and actuators were bonded to the plate surface which was considered as smart structures according to the suitable controllability rule.Thus,the residual vibration due to the parameter uncertainties and environmental disturbances could be suppressed by piezoelectric intelligent structures and active vibration control method for the flexible cantilevered rectangle plate was studied.According to the piezoelectric control equation based on distributed piezoelectric actuators for cantilevered plate including bending and torsion modes,the adaptive filter feed-forward control algorithm for vibration control was adopted and carried out by computer's simulations.The results issue that the adaptive filter control method can largely suppress the vibration,and the adopted controller is feasible.
