离子束介导大豆DNA小麦低蛋白变异株系幼苗生长动态分析

摘    要:经离子束介导大豆DNA后,获得了稳定遗传的第6代转基因小麦3个低蛋白变异株系,对3个低蛋白变异株系进行培养,分别在24 h,48 h,72 h和96 h观察和记录种子萌发和幼苗生长的情况,以未经离子束处理的相同小麦种子作为对照,研究发现:经离子束处理获得的3个低蛋白株系的种子萌发率与幼苗生长速度均明显高于对照,变异株系幼苗芽长、根长及侧根长与对照相比差异显著,t检验结果显示变异株系和对照相比芽长和跟长的差异程度均达到显著水平.

Abstract:The transduction of soybean DNA by ion beam has produced three low protein content variant strains which have been stable genetic for 6 generations of wheat.Then they are observed and recorded separately on the condition of their germination and growth at 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h.The result shows that the three variant strains of low protein germination time are shorter than normal and the variations bear high germination rate and growth speed,and the seedling length and root and branch root length are remar...
