摘    要:高密度聚乙烯预辐照接枝丙烯酸和对苯乙烯磺酸钠单体混合溶液,运用一步法制备了一种羧酸基团和磺酸基团共存的阳离子交换膜,并考察了单体总浓度、辐照剂量、反应温度及交联剂用量诸因素对接枝率的影响规律,找到了实验条件与接枝率的对应关系.并通过红外光谱测试表征了接枝膜的组成.

Abstract:A study was carried out on the preparation of cation-exchange membranes using a one-step method obtained by pre-irradiation grafting of acrylic acid (AA) and sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS) onto high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The grafting yield was found to be strongly dependent on the synthesis conditions such as monomers concentration, radiation dose, reaction temperature and cross-linker concentration. An easy control over the grafting yield can be achieved by proper selection of reaction conditions.
