| 摘 要： | 在社会生活中,一个人不可能脱离他人而独立存在,总是要与他人建立一定的人际关系。特别是现代社会中,人际关系状况已经成为影响人们事业成功与否的主要因素。大学生的人际关系是高等院校中人际关系的重要组成部分,它是大学生在学习、工作、生活过程中结成的一种人际关系。大学生人际关系的和谐与否直接影响着大学生的成长历程。
