摘    要:自气体激光器件问世以后,毛细管状态下的放电现象日益为人们所重视。因为很多气体激光管都采用了毛细管状的管形结构。而毛细管的放电特性直接影响到激光管的工作电压、使用寿命等参量。众所周知,汤生放电理论是气体导电的基础理论,放电击穿电压V_s与放电管两平板阴阳极之间的距离d和管内所充气压P的乘积有关,即V_s=f(P,d),称巴邢定律。汤生放

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of capillary wall on discharge is analyzed according to the physical mechanism of discharge in the capillary. The theoretical formula for breakdown voltage V, in capillary is derived and the relation of V, to the capillary radius R and the gas pressure P is described. By the formula derived, the theoretical curves of V, versus R and P are plotted with computer aid for He, Ne, Ar and He-Ne mixture gases using in Laser tube, respectively. The theoretical curves are in accord with the measured experiment ones,
