现代工程系统建模与仿真方法

摘    要:本文的研究工程对象:生产线,制造单元,维修等工程系统.通过对这些工程系统进行分析,提出系统组成部分之间的层次关系.根据这种层次关系,从系统角度,提出面向工程系统的建模与仿真方法.在此方法中,仿真系统模型由任务模型,控制模型和实体模型组成,分别是实际工程系统中逻辑部分,控制决策部分和物理部分的对应模型.根据部分模型在系统模型中所起的不同作用以及不同特点,各部分模型采用不同的建模方法,能更真实的反应系统的实际特征,并提高建模和仿真效率.

Abstract:An approach of modeling of engineering systems,such as production line,manufactory unit and maintain system,is presented.First the structure of such engineering system is analyzed and the hierarchy relationship among the different parts of the system is presented.The approach is based on the structure and the relationship.The simulation system model is consists of three parts: the task model,the control model,and the entity model,which is the model of logic part,the control part,and the physics part of the engineering system correspondingly.Then different modeling strategies and methods are adopted to build the different models according to their characteristics,thus the system model assembled by these three models is exacter to simulate the engineering system than the model built by one single method,and the modeling(efficiency) is increased.
