中间包镁质涂料轻质化研究

摘    要:
研究了两种不同长度和直径的纤维对降低涂料体积密度的效果。试验结果表明,加入纤维能使镁质中间包涂料的体积密度大幅度地降低,有机发泡剂的加入能够进一步降低涂料的体积密度及干燥收缩;蓝晶石能有效地抑制涂料的高温收缩。

Abstract:
The effect of two fibers with different lengths and diameters on lowering the bulk density of magnesia coating material for tundish has been studied.The result shows that adding fiber can greatly reduce the bulk density of coating.The organic expanding agent can also lower bulk density of coating and linear change in drying process.The linear change after heating may be reduced by adding kyanite.
