密封弧面半径对C形组合密封圈密封性能的影响

摘    要:为研究密封副处弧面半径大小对密封圈密封性能的影响,通过ANSYS有限元软件数值仿真方法研究了氢化丁腈橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶两种材料组成的C形组合密封圈.介绍了两种材料的非线性以及ANSYS中描述这类材料特性的Mooney-Rivlin模型,然后简述了有限元模型的建立、接触对以及载荷的设置.根据仿真得出的云图和数据,分别从Von Mises应力、剪切应力和接触压力三个方面来考察密封副处的弧面半径对C形组合密封圈密封性能的影响及密封圈能否满足工作要求.结果表明:在不同弧面半径的参数下,密封圈都可以达到密封效果;在弧面半径较大时,由于Von Mises应力以及剪切应力都较大,增加了密封失效可能性;在弧面半径较小时,密封副处接触压力比较大,增大了密封圈的磨损率,减短其使用寿命.得出当密封弧面半径选择13 mm时,最大Von Mises应力和剪切应力比较小,密封副处的接触压力适中,此值较为合理.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the radius of cambrium on the sealing performance of seal ring, the C-type composite seal ring composed of hydrogenated nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber was studied by the numerical simulation method of ANSYS finite element software. The nonlinearity of the two materials and the Mooney-Rivlin model describing the characteristics of these materials in ANSYS are introduced, and then the establishment of the finite element model, contact pairs and load settings are briefly described. According to the cloud image and data obtained from the simulation, the influence of the arc surface radius of the seal pair on the sealing performance of the C-type combined seal ring and whether the seal ring can meet the work are investigated from the three aspects of Von Mises stress, shear stress and contact pressure. Claim. The results show that: under different arc surface radius parameters, the sealing ring can achieve the sealing effect; when the arc surface radius is large, the Von Mises stress and the shear stress are both large, which increases the possibility of seal failure; on the arc surface When the radius is small, the contact pressure at the seal pair is relatively large, which increases the wear rate of the seal ring and reduces its service life. It can be seen that when the radius of the seal arc surface is 13 mm, the maximum Von Mises stress and shear stress are relatively small, and the contact pressure at the seal pair is moderate, which is more reasonable.
