陶瓷体积分数对水泥基压电复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:采用切割-填充法,以硫铝酸盐水泥为基体,铌镁锆钛酸铅(简称PMN)为压电功能体制备了1—3型硫铝酸盐水泥基压电复合材料。研究了压电陶瓷体积分数对1—3型水泥基压电复合材料的压电性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着PMN体积分数增大,压电应变常数d33呈非线性增大,压电电压常数g33呈非线性减小。平面和厚度机电耦合系数Kp和Kt及介电常数εγ,随PMN体积分数的增大而增大,在低频段和高频段,其介电常数随频率的变化较平稳,表现出良好的介电频率稳定性。

Abstract:Composites of 1-3 type were fabricated from PMN and sulphoaluminate cement by cut-filling process.Volume fraction dependence of the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of 1-3 type piezoelectric composites is studied.The results show that the piezoelectric voltage factor g_(33) decreases nonlinearly with the volume fraction of the piezoelectric ceramic phase increasing,but piezoelectric strain factor d_(33),dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling coefficient K_p and K_t increase.At lower and higher frequencies,the dielectric constant changes steadily,which exhibits good dielectric-frequency stability.
