| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济和城乡统筹发展,地籍管理工作中也出现了一些问题,使得建立以城乡一体化为背景的地籍信息系统成为必要.在分析其必要性的基础上,提出了地籍信息系统的构成及其功能,为统筹城乡土地管理工作提供参考.

| Abstract: | Along with the development of economy and the urban-rural plan as a whole,there are some problems in the management of cadastre,which makes the establishment of cadastral information system under the background of urban-rural become necessary.This paper analyzes the necessity of the work,and puts forward the structure and function of CIS,then provides some references for the land management in urban and rural. |
