| 摘 要： | 分析了当前我国高等职业院校创新教育中存在的问题,基于学生职业发展的理念,从机械创新设计能力培养着手,在创新能力体系、师资、教学模式、创新教育课程体系、创新实践培养基地及管理体制等方面对创新教育的模式和机制进行了相关研究和实践。
