铍青铜大规格棒材超声波探伤技术研究

摘    要:随着我国航空、航天、石油、化工等行业的飞速发展,对其用铍铜合金加工材质量的要求日益提高,超声波探伤技术作为铍铜合金加工材的主要质量控制方式日渐重要。本文介绍了铍铜合金大规格棒材超声探伤技术的原理和方法、超声探伤特性及其加工材的常见缺陷类型。并对有缺陷产品的缺陷进行解剖、分析和总结。

Abstract:with our aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry are developing by leaps and bounds, the quality requirement of beryllium copper alloy working materials used in aero industry is more and more strict. The ultrasonic inspection technique as the major quality control method of t beryllium copper alloy seems more and more important. This article describes the beryllium copper alloy big-size rod ultrasonic technology in the principles and methods, and beryllium copper alloy characteristics of ultrasonic flaw detection, and the usual defects in beryllium copper alloy working materials.
