探讨利用速度瞬心法鉴别平面机构的虚约束

摘    要:提出一种根据平面机构的构件和速度瞬心构造的图,利用这种图直观地对所求瞬心的唯一性进行判定,从而鉴别是否有可能出现虚约束;也可先将这种图转换为对应的邻接矩阵X,再利用该矩阵X的自乘幂X2进行判定。

Abstract:In a planar mechanism,the identification of redundant constraint(s) is normally done by empirical method.This paper presents an algorithm basing on a specialized graph.The graph is composed of all the compo-nents as vertices and instantaneous centers of velocity(ICV) as edges.Such graph will identify the existence of redundant constraints by examining whether each ICV can be uniquely determined.The same purpose can also be achieved by calculating the square of the graph’s adjacency matrix.
