| 摘 要： | 在可靠度指标的基础上引入了置信度指标,提出可靠度与置信度的双可靠性指标的安全系数概念,并根据可靠性理论推导出新计算公式.该公式考虑了实验数据样本容量的影响,给出了小子样实验数据条件下的安全系数取值.将新安全系数应用于结构可靠性设计,算例结果表明,与其他方法相比,此方法计算结果安全系数更合理,且简单实用,能满足结构可靠性设计的要求,可取得显著的减重效果. |
