金属颗粒分散压电陶瓷复合材料的压电性能

摘    要:金属颗粒分散压电陶瓷复合材料是一种新型的3-0型压电复合材料,其有效压电性能受金属相体积分数的影响.利用基于格林函数的有效介质理论,结合由于金属相的弥散导致压电陶瓷内电畴的取向分布变化,对金属相体积分数对复合材料有效压电性能的影响进行理论计算.结果表明,复合材料的有效压电性能随金属相体积分数的增加呈下降趋势,理论计算和文献报道的实测结果基本吻合,表明该方法能够预测压电陶瓷/金属复合材料体系显微结构与压电性能之间的关系.
