摘    要:研究了反相离子对液相色谱体系中流动相离子强度对杂多酸阴离子、无机酸阴离子、有机磷酸及配阴离子保留行为的影响。从离子相互作用机理出发,以热力学平衡为基础,导出了流动相离子强度影响溶质保留值的两个规律式:k'-1=AI2+BI+C,k'-1=AI+C。在理论上阐述了两者的应用范围,并用实验及文献数据给予验证。结果表明两规律式能很好地描述不同溶质保留值与离子强度的关系。

Abstract:The effects of the ionic strength of mobile phase on retention behaiours of heteropoly acid anions, inorgnic acid anions, organic sulphonic acid and complex anions are studied in reversed-phase ion pair liquid chromatography. It is based on the thermodynamics equilibrium and proceed from the ion interaction mechanism, two equations describing the effects of ionic strength of mobile phase on the retention value of solute are deduced: k'(-1)=AI2+BI+C, k'(-1) = AI+C. The fields of application of the both are expounded theoretically and the both are tested against experiments and literature data. The results show that the two equations can be described the relation between the retention values of different sovents and the strength of ions excellently.
