水库农村移民安置人口计算研究

随着我国对水资源开发利用程度的不断提高,由此而引发的移民问题也相应增加,如何为受项目影响的人员提供一个安置恢复计划,使他们的损失得到赔偿,使他们的生活标准得以改善或至少维持到项目前的水平,显然是很有必要的。本文以西北地区某水库移民为例,通过对几种移民安置方式的对比及分析,从确定安置人口到制定出了较为合理移民安置方案,都做了详细分析,可以为我国西部及北方地区经济欠发达地区的,以农业生产为主的移民安置项目提供些许参考。
