微波辐射下固体酸催化合成异烟酸乙酯

摘    要:在微波辐射下,以异烟酸和乙醇为原料,以活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,合成了异烟酸乙酯.最佳工艺条件:醇酸物质的量比为8∶ 1,催化剂用量为 1.0 g,微波辐射时间为 10 min,微波辐射功率为 200 W,酯化产率达 97.18%.另外通过实验发现,微波辐射下,反应速率及产率都明显高于常规加热方式.

Abstract:Under microwave irradiation,ethyl isonicotinate were synthesized using isonicotinic acid and anhydrous ethanol as raw materials catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon. The optimum technological conditions were obtained:molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 8:1,amount of catalyst was 1.0g,and reaction time was 10 min,powers of microwave irradiation was 200W,the total yield was 97.18%.
