摘    要:人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展的最关键因素,而激励是人力资源管理的重要内容。目前,许多民营企业活力不足,管理不善,效率低下。一个重要的原因在于这些企业不能形成有效的激励机制来激发员工的积极性,致使员工的劳动效率和工作努力程度普遍不高,甚至导致企业优秀人才跳槽,降低了企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract:The human resources are the modern enterprise' s strategic resources, is also the enterprise development most essential factor, but drove that is the human resources management important content. At present, many Private enterprise vigor are insufficient, causes staff's labor efficiency and the work level of effort is not generally high, even causes the enterprise outstanding talents to change job, reduced enterprise's core competitiveness
