摘    要:龙薯3号系龙岩市农科所1996年从岩薯5号茎尖组培发生的突变体中选育而成,是利用体细胞无性系变异育种的成功尝试。1999~2000年参加福建省甘薯新品种区域试验,2002年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定,2004—2005年参加全国甘薯品种区域试验。经特征特性、生产力、抗病性、品质等鉴定分析,该品种表现出高产、优质、高抗蔓割病等特点,薯形均匀美观,内在营养丰富,适宜作为优质食用型甘薯品种。2003~2005年累计在福建省推广面积3.64万hm^2。

Abstract:Longshu 3 was developed from mutants of Yanshu 5 by means of meristem - tip culture, which was a successful attempt on variation breeding by clone of somatic cell. Longshu 3 participated in Fujian new sweetpotato regional variety test from 1999 to 2000, which was approved by the Fujian Crop Variety Examination Committee in regional vanriety test from 2004 to 2005. Under 2002, and participated in country new sweetpotato the identification of its characteristics, productivity, disease resistance, quality, the variety performs well with the characters of high yield , good quality, high resistance to Fusarrium oxysporum . It has captivating root shape, equal root size and rich nutrition. So it is a suitable for a high quality edible sweetpotato variety. Its spread area is 36,500 hectares in all in Fujian from 2003 to 2005.
