贵阳市部分食品卫生学检测

摘    要:参照卫生标准GB2759-1996,对贵阳市5类共154份直接食入食品进行了微生物细菌学指标检验,调查结果表明,所检样品总合格率为70 78%,均未检出致病菌。其中熟肉卤制品大肠菌群、细菌总数两项超标较严重,其余食品主要为单纯细菌总数超标,本文还就不同来源的食品污染状况以及现场卫生学调查进行了分析。

Hygienic detection for some food in Guiyang
Abstract:According to the standards of GB2759-1996, the hygienic conditions of 154 samples of food in 5 catagories in Guiyang were was detected. The result showed that 70.78% of samples was eligible, and no pathogen was detected. The worst contaminated was cooked meat whose total numbers of both coliform group and bacterial colony were over the standards. However, only the number of bacterial colony was the main reason for the other food. The contaminated condition of different source food and their hygiene on the spot were also discussed.
