| 摘 要： | 论术了在新世纪加强大学德育的重要性，强调了人文精神在德育中的重要作用，德育工作应从加强理想教育、帮助大学生树立素质意识及加强情感和心理教育等方面入手。此外，还结合作者的工作体会，提出了在新形势下，如何改进和加强德育，提高德育水平和质量的几点建议和思考。

| Abstract: | This article is to discuss the importance of strengthening students' moral education in the new century.It emphasizes the function of the humanism spirit in moral education.This article indicates the necessity of strengthening emotional and psychological education and cultivating quality consciousness.In addition,we put forward some advice on how to improve and strengthen moral education. |
