间歇式鼓泡塔物理吸收生物气中CO2试验研究

摘    要:厌氧生物处理碳水化合物废水时,投加碱度是一项主要的花费。本试验将ASBR反应器产生的沼气(约50%CO2)通过气体吸收装置使CO2分压降低到10%~20%,以达到减少碱度需求量的目的。试验中以水为吸收剂,采用间歇运行、气体循环的方式,用小试规模的鼓泡塔,研究了不同循环气量、气液比时二氧化碳去除率,证实了间歇式鼓泡塔物理吸收生物气中CO2的可行性。

Abstract:The addition of alkalinity is a great expenditure in treating the waste water of the carbohydrate by anaerobiont. The purpose of this experiment is that the content of CO2 in the methane (about 50% ) which is produced by ASBR reactor reduces to 10%-20% through the gas absorption equipment in order to decrease the demand of alkalinity. This experiment uses the water as absorbent and adopts the mode of intermittent operation and gas circulation, and studies the removal rate of CO2 under different circulating flow rates and gas liquid ratios by using the bubbling tower with bench scale, and verifies the feasibility of the physical absorption of CO2 in biogas by intermittent bubbling tower.
