电沉积Ni-P非晶合金的研究

摘    要:研究了以NaH_2PO_2为磷的供给剂的Watts电解溶液在电沉积Ni-P合金时,温度和NaH_2PO_2含量对镀层含磷量和沉积速度的影响;非晶镀层在热处理时结构的变化和硬度变化受热处理温度的影响;以及镀层结合力和针孔度随膜厚的变化,Ni-P非晶合金的良好耐蚀性能。

Abstract:Reportod in this article are the effects of the concentration of NaH_2P)_2 and the temperature on P-content in the deposited coatting and on the rate of deposition; the effect of heat treatment temperature on the constitutiou of the deposited amorphous layer and its hardness, as well as the change in bonding strength and porosity of the coating with its thickness. This work is concerned with a study on electro-depositing an alloyed Ni-P coating(amorphous) in Watt's electrolyte solution with NaH_2POP2as the supplier of P.
