| Abstract: | In the computer system, the work principles and the design methods of the main-memory, the carrier of the information, are very important for the grasping of the working principles of the whole system. They are also the principal contents of many computer courses. This paper,hoping to inspire the readers a little, employs chip selection and address distribution method and tends to give a complete and systematic introduction of the design methods of the mainmemory. |
