对“能力本位”的高职教育课程开发的几点思考

摘    要:“能力本位”课程体系是当前世界高职教育课程改革的趋向。其核心是要强化实际操作能力的习得,以便使学生具备从事某一职业所必需的综合能力。不同专业课程体系需要多层面综合构思,课程结构要具有多元整合、模块化特征,课程的运行必须具有独特的管理制度、师资结构、物质设备、时间与空间、评价体系等支持系统作保障,同时要建立课程管理体系,有效监督“能力本位”课程开发和技能鉴定。

Abstract:Today the application of "competence-oriented" curriculum,which emphasizes on the learners' practical ability to undertake a specific vocation,brings about reform in higher vocational education in the whole world.Different curriculum calls for multilayer conception.The curriculum structure needs multiconformity and modularization.And what's more,the curriculum must be guaranteed by the particular administrating system,qualified teachers,first-class equipment,time and space and perfect assessment system.Meanwhile the course management must be set up in order to effectively supervise the development of "competence-oriented" curriculum as well as its skill judgment.
